Spanning the late 1980s to the present day, Cannes Camera d’Or winner Léonor Serraille’s beautifully crafted family drama explores the story of a young mother who moves from the Ivory Coast to the Paris suburbs with her two sons. Over the course of 20 years, we see, through three points of views, the family’s ups and downs as they start a new life, exploring the tensions between their roots and their life in France.
