Winning director Eric Gravel the Best Director Award at the Venice Film Festival (Orizzonti) last year, as well as the Best Actress Award to Laure Calamy (Call my Agent, My Donkey, My Lover and I, Her Way) in yet another outstanding performance, the film follows Julie, a mother of two who tries to get back on track after a divorce. She goes to great lengths to raise her children in the countryside while keeping her job in a Parisian luxury hotel. When she finally gets a job interview for a position she had long been hoping for, a national strike breaks out and the fragile balance that Julie has established is jeopardised. Julie sets off on a frantic race against time.
