French Film Club: Saint Omer

Are you a film enthusiast who wants to practice your French with other cinephiles?

Join us for a monthly film club in French! This rendezvous is led by Dr. Karine Chevalier, a filmmaker, lecturer and researcher in Film studies. Karine will guide you to a deeper understanding of cinema with substantial background elements and a thorough analysis while coaching you in French to perceive finer linguistic nuances and cultural subtleties.

In February, the French Film Club will be centred on Alice Diop’s film Saint Omer, presented at Ciné Lumière.
