Fête du Cinéma d’Animation

CinéFamilies, Festivals & Series

Ciné Lumière teams up with the Association Française du Cinéma d’Animation to celebrate the 21st Fête du Cinéma d’Animation.

Adult and younger enthusiasts of the animation art in all its forms can enjoy the best animated films of the recent years along with ultimate classics returning to the big screen.

Discover how and why French animation has become one of the most recognised in the world with Mickaël Royer’s film French Animation, this Other Cinema or the visually delightful The Crossing, written by Marie Desplechin and Florence Miailhe, which won the Best Feature Film at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival last year.

The party wouldn’t be complete without some family classics such as Michel Ocelot’s Kirikou & the Sorceress, Goscinny’s Lucky Luke, Daisy Town or Laguionie’s A Monkey’s Tale returning to the big screen.
